Terms of service

Customers place orders on www.luteceparis.com by selecting products, checking their basket, entering their delivery and billing details and paying online.

Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and an electronic signature of the sales contract.
The order becomes final once payment has been accepted and SAS Lutèce has sent a confirmation email. Customers can view their invoice in their customer account.

Payment is due in full when the order is placed and is made by bank card through the secure Stripe payment solution (SSL protocol). SAS Lutèce neither stores nor processes bank card details.

SAS Lutèce reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing error, an abnormal order, an existing dispute or suspected fraud.

Order confirmations are archived on a reliable medium and serve as evidence of the contractual relationship between the parties.
