Terms of Use

The Customer places an order on the website www.luteceparis.com by selecting the products, checking their shopping cart, entering their delivery and billing details, and then proceeding to online payment.

Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and electronic signature of the sales contract.
The order is final after acceptance of payment and confirmation by email sent by SAS Lutèce. The Customer can view their invoice from their customer account.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering and is made by credit card via the secure Stripe solution (SSL protocol). Bank details are neither stored nor processed by SAS Lutèce.

SAS Lutèce reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing error, an abnormal order, an existing dispute, or suspected fraud.

Order confirmations are archived on a reliable medium and constitute proof of the contractual relationship between the parties.
