How long does it take to receive my order?
With Lutece, you won't spend your time clicking on "track my order" and getting impatient, we promise!
We process all your orders the same day, provided you validate your basket before 6 p.m..
Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery in France, 3 to 5 working days for Europe, and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world.

What to do if there's a delivery problem?

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't already been dispatched by our superb, lightning-fast logisticians, yes you can. Just send us an e-mail to [email protected] with the model(s) you wish to cancel/modify.
Is it possible to try on the models before ordering?
Of course, you're bound to find a sales outlet near you. You can consult the list of our partners who have referenced us in the "points of sale" section.
What if the model I'm crazy about is out of stock?
Well, you've got good taste...
We anticipate and regularly check stock levels to make sure this doesn't happen, but if it does, send us an e-mail and we'll make sure it's back in stock as soon as possible.

How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card or via PayPal (we accept dinner invitations, but this is not a currency exchange).
Is your site secure?
The answer is YES, 3000%, and you can ask our webmaster. The site is on an HTTPS server and all pages are secure (not just the shopping cart) to prevent hacking. For payment, we've chosen PayPal & Stripe, the two biggest references in transaction security.

Nowadays, many brands claim to be Made-In-France, a little to the point, but for us, the entire manufacturing process takes place in our pretty French capital. The styling, the silver plating, the gilding and the assembly are all hand-crafted and French (and proud of it, as you'll understand).
How long are your jewels guaranteed?
365 days. That's 8760 hours, 525,600 minutes and 31,536,000 seconds.
How to care for your jewelry?
Do not immerse them in water. Don't spray them with cologne. And don't disinfect them with hydro gel. And even if taking off your jewelry when you get home from a party is a bit like removing your make-up, do it. Store them in their pouches.
If you want to revive their shine, get a microfiber cloth and you're done!
Why is there no jewelry with my first name on it?
That's a very good question. You can submit the idea to our team, and I'm sure we'll be happy to create a design to your image....
