Refund Policy

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, followed by an additional 14 days to return the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, customers must send a request by email to: contact@luteceparis.com, then return the product within the specified time frame.

Returned products must be new, unworn, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.
Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a discount in the event of depreciation due to excessive handling.

The refund covers only the price of the product (excluding shipping costs) and is made using the same payment method used when placing the order, within the legal time frame, after receipt and verification of the return by SAS Lutèce.

In the case of orders benefiting from a promotional offer, the refund will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the discounts applied to the entire order.

Returns are only accepted for orders placed on the website.
Purchases made in store cannot be returned or exchanged via the website.
