Refund policy

In accordance with the law, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, followed by a further 14 days to return the product.
Return costs are borne by the customer.

To exercise this right, customers must email a request to contact@luteceparis.com and return the product within the applicable period.

Returned products must be new, unworn and undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction for loss of value caused by excessive handling.

Refunds cover the product price only (excluding delivery costs) and are made using the same payment method as the original order, within the statutory period, after SAS Lutèce has received and inspected the return.

For orders benefiting from a promotional offer, refunds are calculated proportionally to the discounts applied to the entire order.

Returns are accepted only for orders placed on the website.
Products purchased in a shop cannot be returned or exchanged through the website.
