Terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to sales of products made by SAS Lutèce via its website to consumers. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

The products offered are physical products sold from standard stock. The images and descriptions are provided for information purposes only.

Orders are placed exclusively on the website. Their validation constitutes firm acceptance and electronic signature. SAS Lutèce reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspicion of fraud.

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and are those in effect on the date of the order.

Deliveries are handled by the US Postal Service. Shipping is free worldwide, except to Korea (flat rate of €40). Delivery times are estimates and SAS Lutèce cannot be held liable for any delays.

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned new, unworn, and in their original packaging.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund shall only cover the price of the product and shall be made within the legal timeframe after receipt of the return.

The products are covered exclusively by the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects.

SAS Lutèce's liability is limited to direct damages. Any indirect damages are excluded.

All elements of the website and products are the exclusive property of SAS Lutèce. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Policy available on the website. Other policies supplement these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction, subject to the legal provisions applicable to consumers.
