Where fashion meets eyewear

Lutece was born from an idea shared by Patrick and Johanna: to make eyewear necklaces into accessories worn as much for their style as for their usefulness.

After nearly twenty years at Paul & Joe, Patrick brings his experience in fashion and his eye for materials and colours. Johanna, an optician and owner of her own boutique, brings her knowledge of eyewear and the people who wear it.

Together, they create pieces that keep glasses close at hand while expressing individuality.

French craftsmanship, an international journey

Handmade in France, Lutece eyewear necklaces and chains take on different forms across the collections: metal plated with 24-carat fine gold, acetate, leather and horn. A men’s collection adds to this world.

In 2024, this work was recognised with the “Fabriqué à Paris” label. Today, nearly 800 professional customers in 30 countries are part of the Lutece journey.

Since its beginnings, Lutece has accessorised glasses. In 2026, it creates its own.

This first collection of feminine acetate frames, made in France, extends our love of colours and details. Timeless shapes, soft shades and particular attention to comfort: glasses designed to fit naturally into your everyday life. To complete each look, we design necklaces and chains to match the frames, bringing materials and colours together in harmony.
