Shipping Policy

Delivery times are indicated in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and run from the date of order.
The delivery times provided are indicative and correspond to the times announced by the postal service, to which must be added the order preparation time, which can be 24 to 48 business hours.

In accordance with current legislation, the maximum delivery time is set at 30 days from the date of order. If delivery is not made within this period, the customer may request cancellation of the sale and a refund of the sums paid, in accordance with legal conditions.

Shipping is free for all orders, except to Korea, where a flat fee applies.

In the event of a package being returned due to refusal of delivery or an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, the delivery costs incurred by SAS Lutèce will be deducted from the refund, even if delivery was initially free of charge.

SAS Lutèce cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
