Shipping policy

Delivery times are stated in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and run from the order date.
These times are estimates based on the delivery times quoted by La Poste, plus order preparation time, which may take 24 to 48 working hours.

In accordance with applicable legislation, the maximum delivery period is 30 days from the order date. If delivery has not taken place within this period, customers may request cancellation of the sale and a refund of the amounts paid, subject to the statutory conditions.

Delivery is free for all orders.

If a parcel is returned because delivery was refused or the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address, delivery costs incurred by SAS Lutèce will be deducted from the refund, even if delivery was initially offered free of charge.

SAS Lutèce cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
